This product is truly top notch and I could not be happier with the quality improvement to playing Arkham Horror the card game!!! I marked shipping as 4 because it got held up in customs for a very long time. However, the customer service throghout the extended wait was fantastic. They did everything they could to find out what was going on and kept me up to date. Every group of tokens was individually packed and most every pack was clearly labeled. I am certainly going to favorite their store and keep an eye out for anything new they produce! Oh, and on their responsiveness; every time I reached out it felt like only hours would go by before I had a response, sometimes it was only minutes! Hide
