I marked shipping as 4 because it got held up in customs for a very long time. However, the customer service throghout the extended wait was fantastic. They did everything they could to find out what was going on and kept me up to date. Every group of tokens was individually packed and most every pack was clearly labeled. I am certainly going to favorite their store and keep an eye out for anything new they produce!
