I ordered the full set of parallel investigators that arrived missing Lola Hayes. When I received the box, it arrived with a little thank you pouch of sample metal tokens.
I reached out to customer service who was fantastic about resolving the issue quickly. We loved the look of the tokens so much we ordered the chaos bag tokens and customer service shipped them for free with our replacement of the missing cards. They were fantastic and I will order again as the quality is great and very comparable to the package sets.
Really happy with the cards. More of a satin finish compared to original cards, but I do prefer this. Will definitely buy from again.
